Refine Labs™

At Refine Labs™, customer satisfaction and product quality are important to us. Please review the information below regarding returns and refunds.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you.

To initiate a return request, contact us at RefineLabsContact@gmail.com and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, though it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund on your statement.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Orders with incorrect address information provided at checkout

  • Orders delayed due to carrier issues beyond our control

  • Orders that have been opened, used, or tampered with

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

Exchanges

At this time, Refine Labs™ does not offer direct exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team so we can determine the best resolution.
